Last weekend was a little father-daughter time. Ryan really felt like he missed out, but sometimes the other siblings have to take their turn.
Macie had the pheasant draw for the hunt at Knob View Gamebird habitat. Her dad was excited about the hunt, and also invited a friend to bring a couple of hunting dogs along for the hunt. Lots of walking is involved, over 60 acres and the dogs help flush the birds out of the tall grass.
Hunter orange clothing is required for all hunters to wear during hunts. Macie spent a day with her dad, enjoyed a decent November Saturday morning, outdoors. "She thinks we are just hunting"

ReplyDeleteLove the photos! Pheasants are such gorgeous birds and great idea to do them in the slow cooker! Visiting from the slow cooker blog hop.

Thank you for stopping by and reading my blog!
ReplyDeleteI'll tell you the truth: I don't really support the hunting. But I realize where the meat comes from. And I know that it is nothing to do with some cruelness. I just hope you had a license on killing those pheasants and that you are not killing too much. It's the most important thing. Like it was mention in the reviews on Trustmypaper.
