Fresh Thyme Farmer's Market

We visited the new Fresh Thyme Farmer's Market in Lafayette for the first time over the weekend.  I was on a quest to find Sweet Leaf drops. They have some flavors I like to add to my water, since I drink from 3/4 - a gallon of water a day. We already had a full day of softball and baseball clinics, shopping, and dinner.  Remember late night trips to Wal-Mart when you were in college?  You arrive tired, a bit out of sorts, and everything in the store appears funny to you? That is what happened.
Ryan takes his job of selecting my Honey Crisp Apples very seriously! The apples were not any cheaper than our local grocery store, but they were a very nice size.

Macie likes to play "I work here" when we are in stores. She is weighing oranges, because weighing oranges is an important job!

I like to add variety of lettuce, cabbage and spinach in my salads, their selection took it to a completely new level!

I was very surprised to see an isle completely dedicated to snacks, chocolates, and gummy worms in here.  I was under the impression this was a "healthy" grocery store.

This end cap had my attention.. Peppers, roots, and diakon rasdishes.  I took some diakon home to spiralize and eat with tomato paste, very similar to spaghetti noodles when cooked.

Down this isle is any kind of milk you are looking for. Variety is the key in larger towns, and you have it here.

Freshly squeeze orange juice and carrot juice. Disclaimer on the juice: do not consume if you are a child or elderly because it is not pasteurized.

This little helper should be in the cart, but in this store, there are just too many things at eye level for him to touch and discover.  Maybe one day my kids will eat a salad!
