An easier version of the Italian Beef sandwich recipe is 1 jar of pepperoncini peppers for each pound of roast. Usually the cheapest cut of roast. Put the roast in the crock pot, pour in the jars of peppers, juice and all, turn it on high for a shorter time or low for a longer time and walk away. I use this recipe A LOT and my family loves it every time!
I liked the Crock Pot Cowboy Casserole and printed the recipe. Unfortunately, when I punch holes in the paper, the middle hole is right over how much water must be added. I looked on line to find out how much water, in the ingredients, but I could not find a list of the ingredients. It is very frustrating. So, HOW much water do I add? Thank you. Dr. Patti Jeglum
